A cold Wednesday evening exercise location on the very summit of Winter Hill, saw the team presented with our second “Training Dummy”, more correctly known as a Casualty Simulator, this time in the guise of an adult sized version, known as JoePublic. Onceagain Phil Frain of RescuEquip1 came along to present us with this useful piece of kit.
