Whilst in the team area, the team was contacted by GMAS to attend a road traffic accident in the area of Walker Fold Rd, Bolton, on the fringes of the moorland Burnt Edge area. Two team vehicles with 5 members on board were responding when news came that the vehicle had not run off the road onto the steep surrounding moorland sides, and the two injured occupants could be dealt with adequately by the on-scene Fire, Police and Ambulance resources.
