Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

20th May 2005

The sponsors of our Window Sticker competition, Derek Thomas and his wife Lisa Thomas, decided that the team Window Sticker competition (at least in the interim), would be judged at this evening’s team dinner due to the large number of entries received to date. The results judged by Derek and Lisa were as follows:

  • Highest Altitude: Tony McNally, for his picture taken at the Alp d’Heuz, France Ski resort.
  • Most travelled: Ged Clarke, for several locations visited in the Far East.
  • Most unusual: Paul Jorgensen, for his photo from Oman
  • Furthest: Ged Clarke, for the photograph of his nieces on the beach at Auckland, New Zealand.

All three winners in the four separate categories received a bottle of wine from Derek and Lisa Thomas, our competition sponsors.

This competition has now ended but we will be starting a new one in the near future, so keep checking the website for details. Many thanks to all those team members, friends, supporters and associates who took part in this fun competition. Supporter window stickers can still be obtained from our Fundraising Officer.
