This evening, out of a total of 28 membership enquiries for our July intake, 11 persons turned up for the first part of our two part introductory sessions into joining the team. At this moment in time 10 of these are expected to turn up to our all day Sunday practical session on the 17th July. As usual the Tuesday night gave the 11 present a comprehensive overview of what team membership entails and what the Bolton MRT is all about, via handouts, videos, DVD’s, Powerpoint presentations.
Many thanks to Chris Tennant for yet again providing an excellent buffet for all present on this evening. (Comment must be made with regards to everybody present putting up with the exceptionally hot & humid conditions inside our base on this very hot summer evening. Unfortunately, Powerpoint presentations cannot be presented outside on the cool grass!)
