At 13.24 Hrs GMAS contacted the Team Leader directly with regards to an incident in Timperley, South Manchester. A GMAS crew had requested the Team and Helimed 08 due to problems accessing the playing field, where a 15 year old male was reported to have lower back injuries. At 13.36 Hrs a stand down message was transmitted, as the crew on scene had managed to gain access to the casualty, also standing down Helimed 08 at the same time.

A total of 17 team members were stood down responding, including a team Landrover Ambulance which had responded from our Ladybridge Hall base, within minutes of the call out page.
