At 15:22 we were contacted by GMAS to render assistance on Wilders Moor, with the report of a horse rider who had fallen off her horse and was injured.
25 team members and 3 team vehicles responded, with 4 members on scene within 10 minutes, giving immediate assistance to the GMAS ambulance crew.
The 65 year old female horse rider was semi-concious, and was quickly evacuated by our first four members and the GMAS crew on scene.
The other team members responding were stood down, some having arrived at the roadhead location by this time.
The horse rider was with a group of 4 riders from a local riding stable, and was injured in the vicinity of Adam Hill, on Wilders Moor.
