Yesterday afternoon Oldham MRT requested the assistance of our Team, with regards to the GMP co-ordinated search, for a missing 49 year old man in the Brinnington area of Stockport.

19 Bolton Members and our Search Dog Chi joined forces with 10 Oldham members and GMP resources including their fixed wing Air Support Unit and Tactical Aid Unit in a search of the Reddish Vale area. Bolton MRT deployed 1 canoe search unit as well as its Search Dog and search parties. We also supplied Control & Catering facilities to this search.

The search was concluded mid-afternoon and the man remains missing with GMP enquiries continuing.
