At 12:05 our Team Leader was contacted by GMAS with the report of 2 children having fallen through the ice, at a lodge in the Hindley Green area.

With members already at base locations, and two team vehicles already out in the team’s area, an immediate response was made to this incident. However, the 19 team members responding were stood down at 12:25, with the news that the children were out of the water and were being looked after by the GMAS crew on scene.
