At 21:17 Hrs NWAS (Greater Manchester Locality) paged the Team for assistance required by a GMAS RV driver, who had responded to an incident in the Siddow Common, area of Leigh, involving the report of a male collapsed in some fields.

A full Team page call out was made at 21:23 Hrs, which was quickly followed by GMAS standing down the Team due to it being established that the male casualty was no longer collapsed and could with assistance walk to the responding ambulance, which had also responded.

The Team was stood down by pager at 21:26 Hrs, by which time, given our usual fast response, 29 members were responding including two who had arrived at the incident location and were stood down on scene.
