As recent readers will be aware, last night we held the first part of our two part introduction to Team Membership sessions, at which we were expecting 15 people to turn up out of a total 26 enquiries.

In the event 11 men and 1 woman interested in joining the Team turned up and enjoyed the evening’s DVDs and talks by our Team Leader, Chairman & Training Officer on what the Team is about and our membership requirements.

Thanks goes to Chris Tennant, our catering Officer, for an excellent buffet put on to accompany the evening.

All 12 who turned up have been invited to our Sunday session, which will largely be practical based, with mini rescue scenarios to give an insight into our operational working.

Please note the Team will not now be recruiting beyond this intake until around late Summer this year.
