Readers may remember that on Tuesday 27th March, 3 team members were guests of Bolton and District Golfers Charity Tournament donation evening, when we received a wonderful £600 donation from the Ladies Golf Cot, as nominated by the Ladies Section of Bolton Golf Clubs.

This evening, senior team member and callout contact member Mike Marsh, journeyed to Dunscar Golf Club to meet with members of the ladies section of Bolton Golf Clubs to present them with a plaque of appreciation for the donation.

Mike presented the plaque to Carol Higgins, Secretary of the Ladies Golf Cot, and also President of the Bolton Ladies Golf Championship. We understand the plaque will now travel around the various golf club venues over this next year that play a part in hosting the Ladies Golf Cot / Bolton Ladies Golf Championship – will this become our most travelled plaque of appreciation?
