Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

25th May 2007

Over the holiday weekend, and despite the damp weather, hundreds of Scouts from across Bolton, Rochdale and Oldham, gathered at the Bibbys Farm Campsite (Bolton Scout District), on the edge of the West Pennine Moors, to celebrate 100 years of Scouting.

Amongst the huge range of activities available was a demonstration by our team and its equipment on the Saturday and Sunday, with team members each day travelling the short distance to the event, in a team Landrover Ambulance to display the kit on board, generating a huge amount of interest in the team.
