This morning we received a very kind £50.00 donation from the members of Bolton and District Group of Advanced Motorists.

Their donation was thanks for our responding to an incident involving one of their members, Lyn Entwistle, who sustained a fractured ankle during a walk with members of the Group in the Tigers Clough area of Horwich on its boundary with Rivington, on #article#1667#Saturday 14th July# this year.

In a letter attached to their kind donation, Gary Whittle, Secretary of Bolton & District Group of Advanced Motorists, stated, “we thought your team was superb – very disciplined and professional – and worked very well together. Thanks for being there when we needed you.”
