Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

7th September 2007

We are pleased to announce that Helen and Neil Grundy, professional musicians have decided to support the team by way of their hobby.

Their hobby is playing Alpenhorns at various events with the news that they have already raised money for us by playing outdoors alongside the Jumbles Reservoir Tea Rooms.

They are now both keen to offer to play at any events or functions where appropriate, in exchange for donations to Bolton MRT.

Both Helen and Neil Grundy are keen walkers and feel that the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team “is an appropriate charity for Mountain Horn musicians to raise money for”.

As yet, team members have actually to come across Helen and Neil playing, but no doubt that opportunity will arise soon.
