At 17:15 Hrs today whilst 5 Team members were co-incidentally at our LBH base, including our TL, a GMP Missing Person Search Manager contacted our Team Leader by mobile phone requesting the immediate services of the Team in connection with an urgent search for a missing 67 year old woman in the Prestwich area.

The woman had last been seen late this morning and the circumstances of such was giving police cause for concern.

Our Team members at LBH were able to commence an immediate response taking our control trailer to the search RVP, which was to be in the Prestwich Clough area.

As other members were on route to our base, we received a call at 17.30 Hrs that thankfully an observant member of the public had found the woman and contacted Police, our involvement was therefore stood down.
