Today the team received a large number of individual donations all made in the memory of the late Mrs Jennifer Field of Smithills, Bolton.

Jennifer (or Jenny as we knew her) was a former team member through from our early formative years and into the early 1990s, including a term of service as our Deputy Leader in 1980 to 1982.

Jenny sadly passed away on the 5th October this year, with her funeral service taking place on 19th October.

The donations received in the memory of Jenny total £633.00 and we are very grateful to all the family, friends and colleagues of Jenny and her family for making such donations to us in her memory. (Please also see news item dated Thursday 25th October 2007)
