Today we received a very kind and thoughtful £50.00 donation from Mrs Jackie Tomlinson of Bolton, in lieu of a Birthday present for her friend Ed Gradwell, who is celebrating his 50th birthday with a party on 19th September.

Ed has requested “strictly no gifts” and as Ed is a keen walker, his friend Jackie Tomlinson thought it would be very appropriate instead to make a donation to the team in Ed’s name as a gift on Jackie’s behalf from him.

The entire team membership wishes to extend thanks to Jackie Tomlinson for this very kind gesture, and of course would like to say a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Ed Gradwell on this special occasion of his BIG 50!
