We have today received a cheque for £100 from Bolton 050 Friendship Centre as a donation towards our work. In the accompanying letter, Chairman of the Group, Roger White, tells us that they enjoy a membership of 120 people and their activities luckily generate a surplus of income over expenditure each year.

Their members have chosen four charities to benefit from some of this money and Bolton Mountain Rescue Team is honoured and grateful to be one of the lucky charities.

The donation comes with best wishes “for your continued good work”. As Bolton Mountain Rescue Team were one of three chosen charities to benefit from Bolton 050 Friendship Centre in March 2009, we are indeed grateful to once again be chosen as a beneficiary.
