Although we have previously reported its official handover from Greater Manchester Police to the team, and its acceptance into operational service with the team, our latest team vehicle, a Ford Transit Minibus, ’ Bolton Mobile 5,’ still had some minor work yet to be completed.



This has now been carried out by Frank Hulton Motor Engineers of Farnworth, Bolton, with the addition of front grille mounted and side of vehicle mounted blue strobe emergency lighting and front and rear of vehicle ’Bolton Mountain Rescue Team’ signage.

Do look out for our fifth team vehicle when its out and about in the teams area.
