This evening members of the St. John Ambulance Division, Bolton Unit, visited our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ for a presentation on the work of the team.
Meeting them were Full Team Call Out List Members, Mike Marsh, Chris Tennant, Mark Scott, Doctor Clare Whitney, Michael O’Brien, and Trainee Team Members Doctor Sarah Drake and Heather Jackson.
In an email received the following day (Wednesday 28th April) by our Secretary, Gillian Gregory, David Styles, SJA. Acting Division Officer, Bolton Unit, kindly commented;
“Please may I take this opportunity to thank you and the team at Bolton Mountain Rescue for a fantastic and enjoyable night. I feel my members present got a lot out of it, and they all said they enjoyed the night. I hope your members did too!”
The team welcomes opportunities to meet up with our colleagues in organisations such as St. John Ambulance, with our Training Officer Elaine Gilliland looking to arrange a joint mutual training opportunity in the future.
