Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

At 11.35hrs this morning we were paged by NWAS (Manchester) for the teams assistance with a 60 year old collapsed male casualty in an off road location in the Whitefield area.

With some members responding directly, our first team Land Rover Mountain Rescue Ambulance, BM1 went mobile from our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ at 11.54hrs followed by our BM3 vehicle at 11.57hrs.

At 11.57hrs whilst he was also responding, NWAS (Manchester) Control informed our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE directly that the on scene NWAS ambulance crews had managed to evacuate the casualty and the team could stand down.

In total 17x team members were on route to this incident at the time of our stand down.
