Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

24th September 2010

This evening the first night of the Edgworth Real Ale Festival got underway, with team members due to attend to put on a small equipment demonstration.

As a result of last year’s Edgworth Real Ale Festival, with their kind £6,000.00 donation, the team was able to purchase a considerable amount of Water Rescue equipment, including 6 water rescue kits and a 3.5m semi-rigid inflatable boat.

The team was due to attend with the boat and a few members, but as a result of the late finish at the search at Brinsop Hall Farm (see article dated today, 80/2010), the team spoke to ERAF organiser John Barlow, who kindly gave us a reprieve so that we could get home to our families!
