Our team vehicle involved in the previous incident whilst travelling back to our base on the M61 motorway southbound chanced upon a motorway RTC, at which no other emergency services were present at the time.

They stopped to assist, with police arriving shortly afterwards who provided a rolling roadblock to protect the scene.

Highways Agency Traffic Officers were also involved in responding to this incident.
