As part of NWAS (GMA) pre-arranged plan to cope with peak demand calls during the New Year’s celebrations, the Team was mobilised to directly assist NWAS (GMA) with ambulance calls this New Year’s Eve.

9 team members crewed three Team Land Rover Ambulances which were placed at the disposal of NWAS (GMA), and 4 further team members provided incident control & admin support at our Ladybridge Hall Base/HQ.

Team members were declared available to NWAS from 21:00 on New Year’s Eve, with the first job of the night being tasked at 22:57, and one more job being tasked at 23:01, our 113rd and final incident of the year.
