Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

31st December 2010

This evening as with all previous New Year Eve’s (for well over ten years now) the team will have it’s Land Rover Mountain Rescue Ambulances all fully available, at the disposal of NWAS (Greater Manchester) who are expecting a very high volume of calls upon its services.

The team will be working alongside St John Ambulance and British Red Cross resources also drafted in to help NWAS on what has become its busiest evening and early morning of the year.

The team will have three Land Rover MR Ambulances crewed, each with three appropriately trained MR personnel on board, all co-ordinated from our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ by our ’Control team,’ themselves in contact with NWAS (Greater Manchester) Belle Vue Emergency Control Centre.

An account of what takes place this evening and into the early hours, regards the teams involvement will be posted here shortly.
