Today we are very happy to report the wonderful donation of £125.00 from our friends and supporters at ’The Open Door’ Ladies’ Group, Holy Trinity Parish Church, Horwich.

In a letter to our Team Leader accompanying this thoughtful and very supportive donation, Andrea Arrowsmith, Treasurer of ’The Open Door’ Ladies’ Group, Holy Trinity Parish Church, Horwich, explained;

“Please find enclosed a donation to the wonderful work that you do. At the end of the year our Ladies’ Group donate all monies left from their fundraising and fortnightly meetings to a charity and this year they have chosen the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team. We appreciate the work that you do throughout the year but especially during this wintertime as more people have taken advantage of enjoying the snow or walking on the hills in difficult conditions.”

The entire team membership is very grateful to our friends and supporters at ’The Open Door’ Ladies’ Group, Holy Trinity Parish Church, Church Street, Horwich, for their valued and appreciated support of the team.
