Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

20th February 2011

We are pleased to announce today the receipt of a very kind and thoughtful £25.00 donation from our friends Roma Clough and her husband Ellis.

On the 18th January 2009, the Team went to the aid of Mrs Roma Clough, who had sustained a serious leg injury after falling in a local field.

Since this time Roma of Heaton, Bolton, has been involved in some very kind fundraising for the Team, often with help from her friends and family.

The donation actually came with a kind Christmas Card, and was delivered to the NWAS Headquarters building next door to our Base / HQ (we do not have a letter box at our Base / HQ) in late December 2010, and only came to our notice today!

Roma (and Ellis) thoughtfully mentioned on her Christmas card, “To a very special Team, from one who’ll never forget you.”

The whole Team wishes Roma and her husband Ellis all the best and extends our sincere thanks for their continued and appreciated support.
