Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

18th April 2011

Today we received the news that one of our Support Group members, Andy Murphy, after careful thought has decided to leave the team due to other commitments on his time.

Andy in an email to his colleague Support Group members and our Team Leader stated;

“I have good memories of selling cakes and books at the Barton Airport team ’stall,’ many collection days, marshalling the half marathon in Rivington, pre work and meetings to improve the website including a donation button, organising a Ceilidh as a social for the team and also remembering with some trepidation when I went to check my first collecting tin.”

“It’s been great working with you all, good luck to the Support Group and the Operational team for the future especially with the new vehicles arriving soon!”

The whole team wishes Andy all the very best for the future, and thanks him for his contribution towards the work of our Support Group.
