At 09:34 this morning, the team was paged by GMP regarding assistance with the location of a missing person in the North Manchester Hospital area.

Specifically GMP were requesting the use of specialist search dogs.
Our Deputy Team Leader Geoff Seddon dealt with the call, contacting in turn Mick Nield, Team Leader of Oldham MRT and a SARDA Dog Handler, as the likely search area was within the operational area covered by Oldham MRT.

We understand a body was found by a SARDA dog team shortly after their deployment.
