Today the team were surprised and delighted to accept the sum of £60 from Mrs Joan Bailey of Breightmet, Bolton.

Joan recently celebrated her 80th birthday and asked for donations instead of gifts. She sent this generous donation to the team along with a similar donation to the North West Air Ambulance Service.

Joan is a neighbour of Joan and Les Charles, the parents of team member Gill Leigh.
