Bolton Mountain Rescue Team is today the grateful recipient of a generous donation of £129.50. Our kind donor of this sum celebrated her 80th birthday on 8th November and asked her family and friends to make donations to the Team instead of buying her birthday gifts. Our Team Secretary, Gillian Gregory, visited the Birthday Girl this morning at her home in Bolton to collect the donations and to thank her personally for her generosity and thoughtfulness. The lady chose Bolton Mountain Rescue Team to benefit as she wished to support a local charity and admires the work we do, so many thanks to her and her family and friends for their support and best wishes and good health for the future.
