This evening the team welcomed six representatives from the large membership of the Manchester and District Walking Group, who had kindly raised an appreciated donation for the Bolton MRT.

On hand at our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ to meet the six were long serving team member and former Search Dog Handler Dave Marsh and team call out list member Tony Dawson.

The six were given a full overview of the teams activities and roles within the local community and a tour of the two Land Rover Mountain Rescue Ambulances kept at our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ.

On behalf of the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team, Dave and Tony were very pleased to accept a grand donation of £130.00 from Manchester and District Walking Group, for which the entire team membership extends its sincere thanks.
