This evening 18 members from Darwen Dashers Running Club braved the just above freezing temperatures to complete their annual Moonlight walk from Sunnyhurst Inn to the Royal Arms in Tockholes.

Waiting in the Royal next to the fire was team member Paul Brain. The Darwen Dashers use the walk as a fundraiser for the team, so following chip butties provided by The Royal, a quick whip-round was done raising £39.86 for the team.

The whole team membership would like to thank Darwen Dashers for their kind donation, and hope to see them on their next series of fell races.
