Christmas is still a while off yet but we have already been invited by two very kind groups to receive donations around Christmas time, in aid of the work of the Bolton MRT.

St Georges Holy Royal Arch Masons Chapter No. 1723 wish to present us with a very supportive donation at their Christmas meal on Friday 21st December 2012, with Team Call Out list member (And Team Medical Equipment Officer) Naomi Horan going along to represent and accept their kind donation.

On the early evening of Sunday 23rd December 2012, we have been invited to the Salvation Army, Bolton, Annual Christmas Carol Service, where very generously we have been informed the proceeds of their Carol Service collection will be donated to the Bolton MRT. (On Tuesday 15th May 2012 the Team hosted a visit to our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ by The Salvation Army, Bolton, Church Ladies Group, where the ladies saw first hand the work we do when just as their visit was concluding, the team was called out! Our Training Officer Elaine Gilliland, in the company of her mother and Team Support Group member Teresa Gilliland, will be attending to represent the team, explain a little about the work of the team to those present and then accept their kind donation on the evening.
