Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

17th February 2013

This afternoon the team received a direct call from Great House Barn Information Centre, Rivington, with a report of a child who was playing hide and seek a little too well!

The boy’s family had made their way down to the Great House Barn from Rivington Pike reporting their 8 year old son had become detatched from the main group playing hide and seek on their Sunday walk.

Whilst the team and Lancashire Constabulary were getting further information, the child was found by the family safe and well.

This incident is not reported in our statistics, but is recorded here for interest.
