Our great supporters, Jean Mulvaney and her friends, Janette Ashton, Elaine Birchall, and Dean Cornes, once again organised a charity line dancing evening tonight, starting with the doors opening at 7.15pm, at St Mary’s Church Parish Centre, Richmond Street, Horwich.
The dancing started at 8.00pm until late, alongside which there was the usual tombola, raffle and a hot pot supper, with all proceeds from the evening being very kindly donated to Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
Bolton MRT Team Support Group members Gillian Gregory (Our Secretary), Laura Tunnicliffe and Sarah Hindle all attended to represent the team membership.
We are very pleased to announce that the fantastic sum of £422.00 was raised tonight at this great event.
With this latest very kind and thoughtful donation, to date Jean and her friends over the last few years have raised an amazing £3,117.83p for the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
With this latest evening Jean and her friends have kindly continued with their valued and very much appreciated support of the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
