Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

27th November 2013

Arriving this morning, and staying throughout the school day, three team members visited the young children of Holy Family Catholic Primary School at Boothstown, Worsley, today to give them an insight in to the workings of the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.

The three, team call out list members Mike O’Brien, Paul Chisholm and Jess Ellsmore, took along our Land Rover Mountain Rescue Ambulance radio Call Sign ‘Bolton Mobile 3.’

Paul, who is training to be a mountain rescue air scenting Search Dog Handler, also took along trainee Search Dog Bella, who understandably turned out to be a great hit with the children and teachers.

The day was judged a great success with the children and their teachers expressing a lot of interest in the team.
