Following a recent equipment order which had been placed with Commercial Radio Systems of Cardiff, our Equipment Officer (Comms & Lighting) Steve Fletcher had cause to get in touch with both Commercial Radio Systems and, in turn, Simoco EMEA, in order to request some assistance relating to the items on the order.

The help and support provided by both Steph (Commercial Radio Systems) and Linda (Simoco EMEA) has been excellent, with both Steph and Linda going out of their way to make sure that Bolton MRT are a very happy customer.

Both companies have provided excellent technical advice & assistance to Bolton MRT on previous radio equipment orders. It’s easy to take such consistently high levels of service for granted, but on this occassion we feel that a special thanks is worthy of mention on our website!
