From Friday 24th January through to today, our Trailing Search Dog Handler Steve Nelson (A member of SARDA Wales), his specialist Mountain Rescue Trailing Dog Boris, and fellow Bolton MRT member Elaine Gilliland, who acts as ‘navigator’ to Steve, (and Boris !) spent the weekend training in Grasmere, Cumbria, with the Lake District Mountain Rescue Search Dogs.
