Dave Marsh our Trainee Drowned Victim Search Dog Handler and Trainee DVSD Dog Sasha, assisted by team member Alistair Greenough, spent the early part of today carrying out some DVSD training on the waters of Pennington Flash at Leigh, utilising our 3.5 metre long semi rigid inflatable SAR Boat.

This is all part of Dave’s and Sasha’s continuing training as they approach their grading as a DVSD Handler and Dog soon, which will then enable Dave to deploy operationally on searches.
