Our Team Support Group will be out all day on Saturday 15th February, holding our first Collection Day event of 2014.

The venue is the Tesco Store at The Ellesmere Shopping Centre, Walkden, Worsley, with thanks to the Stores Community Champion Elaine Fox.

Many of our founder team members came from the Walkden and Worsley areas, including founder Team member and current Life Vice President Alan James, Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE, and our Deputy Team Leader Geoff Seddon.

With a lot of open countryside around the Walkden and Worsley areas, the team over the years has carried out many searches and rescues in this lowland area, including missing children and vulnerable adults, injured mountain bikers, horse riders and children injured on rope swings.
