Early this afternoon, our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE and Team Call Out list member John Dickinson (A resident of Edgworth) met with Michelle Ludwig and Tracy Gee of Enriched Events (enrichedevents.co.uk) at the Black Bull, Edgworth, to discuss the teams provision of ‘Standby Rescue Cover’ for the Edgworth 5k / 10k Reservoir Challenge Runs scheduled for Sunday 8th June 2014, being organised by Michelle and Tracy.

Taking in scenic routes around Wayoh Reservoir and Turton and Entwistle Reservoir, the charity runs are to primarily raise donations for the charity ‘Mistletoe for Cancer UK,’ and for the Barlow, Edgworth.

Starting at 13.00hrs we finished this first meeting at 14.45hrs.

The Bolton MRT will be providing full standby rescue cover for the 5k / 10k runs, and staying on to display our Team vehicles and team equipment at the Family Fun Day following the runs, to be held within the grounds of the Barlow, Edgworth.
