Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

1st June 2014

Whilst at the start and finish point of today’s Rotary Club of Darwen Darwen Tower Trudge 2014 event, members of our Land Rover Mountain Rescue Ambulance BM1 vehicle, were very pleased to be presented on behalf of the team, with a pennant flag from the Rotary Club of Darwen.

The flag was presented to team members Diane Blakeley, Team Training Officer Neil Warburton, Ged Clarke and Equipment Officer – Water, David Cook, by Darwen Rotary Chairman John Newman.

This flag will now join others on the walls of our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ from Rotary Clubs and indeed other organisations such as the Seroptamists, Round Table and Masonic Lodges, who all have a common interest in supporting our valued work in the local community.
