Today we are very pleased to announce the receipt of a kind donation of £75.00 from Darwen Dashers Running Club, following our provision of Standby Rescue Cover for their Annual Aggies Staircase Fell Race of Thursday evening, 19th June 2014. (Please see website ‘News’ report dated the same)
In a letter to our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE, accompanying this kind donation, George Thompson of Darwen Dashers, stated;
“Dear Garry,
On behalf of Darwen Dashers I would like to thank you and your team for their strong support at Aggies Staircase race again this year.
The race was well attended with 145 runners, and all went smoothly, with all runners completing the race safely.”
