At 04.04hrs this morning, we were paged by Greater Manchester Police to lend the teams assistance to a developing search for a missing 84 years old man in the vicinity of Ladybridge Estate, Bolton, with an RVP given on Armadale Road.

The call was answered by our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE, at the same time that a GMP Dog Unit found the missing man on a nearby golf course, safe and well.

The team was stood down by pager at 04.15hrs, allowing all those who were available to resume their sleep.
