Visitors to our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ, which is kindly provided for us by NWAS within their Ladybridge Hall NWAS Headquarters complex, on Chorley New Road, Bolton, often comment on how tidy, clean and well looked after the interior of our Base / HQ and associated toilet / shower block building is maintained in by the efforts of the team membership.

Our building which was the former stables / garage building to Ladybridge Hall itself, is still occupied by NWAS Ambulance training vehicles, garaged here in adjoining garages to our vehicles also kept in the same building.

We are now in the final parts of giving our Base / HQ a full external makeover, which has included a total repaint of all the external garage doors, replacement of all external guttering, squirrel proofing our roof space! and repairing roof slate damage to our toilet / shower block building roof. (Entrance doors were all repainted last year)

Our Base / HQ upon arrival, now looks so much better with our freshly painted garage doors which are a major feature of the building.

A future project is looking at re-laying some of the stone cobbles within the courtyard fronting our Base / HQ to remove at least two areas of subsidence.
