This evening our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE received the following kind email from Mark Susca, Treasurer and Search Manager, Cheshire SART, who this weekend acted as a mentor on our Foundation Course.

“Garry, sorry for the delay, I went straight up to the Lakes after the course for some play time on the hills, I just wanted to say thank you, for having me this year as a mentor.

Once again you and your Team’s hospitality was legendary and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Being a mentor this time, allowed me to see things from a different perspective and not only was I able to give the candidates the benefit of my experience but more importantly, I learnt from the course and the interaction of the other mentors, and the teams they represent.
