Further to our report on last nights weekly training exercise, which was undoubtedly a very damp one! Today team members Matthew Hailwood, Training Officer Alistair Greenough, DVSD Handler Dave Marsh, Mike Marsh and probationer Heath Doran, all met at our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ at 13.30hrs, to continue drying, repacking and cleaning equipment used on last nights exercise.

This also included a full check of all our rope rescue equipment held in each of our four Land Rover Defender Mountain Rescue Ambulances, and a very necessary full interior clean of our Incident Control Vehicle – got to keep this clean for our Team Leader!

Such was the task in hand – or rather tasks, that the finish time did not happen until 18.15hrs.

All clean again, that is of course until next time !
