At 13.21hrs this wintry afternoon, NWAS (Greater Manchester) EOC paged the team regards the forecast of heavy snowfall in the Greater Manchester area this evening.

The pager call was answered by our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE who discussed the situation with the EOC., and the likely availability of Bolton MRT resources should we be required to assist in any incident affected by any snow fall or icy road conditions.
