Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

23rd January 2015

Today has been another busy day for a small group of team members at our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ, given that they are all volunteers and their time is precious.

Many of our readers will be aware our members freely attend training and other team events, alongside their commitment to attending operational call outs, but there is a whole wealth of other works demanding of team members time taking place almost daily (Webmasters – like keeping our website up to date and current !)

At our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ today has been Training Officer Alistair Greenough, looking at rope work training and preparing ‘C’ Spine management training literature, Equipment Officer – Medical Nigel Booth, checking the Trauma Sack used on yesterday’s incident and medical items administration, our Deputy Team Leader Chris Greenhalgh replenishing smoke flares used on yesterday’s call out, and our Team President Bob Hutchinson, checking and arranging for catering as advance preparation for a multi-team operational search we are shortly to be involved in.
